You asked for it, and here it is! Trick of the week is back (for good)! This month’s theme is…

Different types of triangles! (get it? Triangles, Christmas tree…looks kinda like a triangle? hahaha) Starting off with the Red Triangle Suicide.

Also, we just got SPYY Revengers in! There are only 3, so pick them up while you can cause when they’re gone, they are GONE!

Also with it being December, there will be a signup for the First Annual CYYC Secret Santa!

Rules are as such:

1.)Gift has to be yoyo related in some way in full or part.

Example: Getting someone a FAST velocity and a tub of popcorn…OK! ; Getting someone a tub of popcorn…NOT OK!

2.) The preferred price range of the gift is $15-25, but if you are generous, you may give more than that.

3.)Your gift can be bought, from your own collection, or both! Only stipulation is that you wrap it and bring it to the club on the week of the exchange.

4.) Signup is until the 8th and the exchange will be on the 21st during the annual X-mas party on the same day! (If you cannot make it that day, bring it on Sunday or before then to give it to the person you picked or we shall give it to them on Wednesday.)

5.) Remember, by signing up you are not only willing to receive a gift in the exchange, but to GIVE one as well, as thats what its all about!

The Cleveland Yo-Yo Club will have a booth set up at Moreland On The Move’s “Movie In The Park” event at Chelton Park on Saturday, September 3rd from 7:30 PM until 8:30 PM! The CYYC booth will feature products from Duncan Toys, the oldest yo-yo company in the world!

Demonstrating at the booth with be Duncan Crew & CYYC members Brandon Jackson and 2011 World Yo-Yo Champion Hank Freeman!

The Cleveland Yo-Yo Club is incredibly proud to host the 2011 Shoebox Tour’s presentation of “Look Sharp” by Peter Åberg and Viktor Gyllenberg!

Created by world-renowned juggler and performer Jay Gilligan, the Shoebox Tour is a chance for the best jugglers in the world to cram themselves into a van and tour the United States, performing in tiny venues for appreciative audiences. Instead of focusing on larger stage shows, the focus is on the skill and art of juggling presented in an intimate environment.

The Cleveland Yo-Yo Club is incredibly pleased to have been able to snag the Shoebox Tour at the last minute to perform in place of our regularly scheduled Wednesday meetings!

The show will begin at 6 PM, and is free to all members of the Cleveland YoYo Club! For non-members, we’d like to ask for a donation of whatever you can afford, with 100% of the proceeds going to the performers.
